Amazon Teaser reveals new JioBook Laptop to launch in India on July 31 2023
The giant e-commerce platform released a teaser of JioBook laptop releasing on July 31 2023 in India.

The JioBook is an affordable laptop from Reliance Jio that was first unveiled in India back in October 2022. It ran on an Android-based operating system and used a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset.
Besdies, a new JioBook laptop is set to be unveiled in India on July 31st, and unlike the last JioBook, the upcoming model will run on JioOS.
Further, the new JioBook is expected to feature an octa-core chip and will deliver all-day battery life. Additionally, the notebook will also be able to multitask between apps, run learning software, and handle HD videos.
Furthermore, the new JioBook is also touted to weigh less than a kilo, coming in at 990 grams, which is 200 grams lighter than its predecessor. Moreover, it will also support 4G connectivity.
The Launch
A new Reliance JioBook is about to launch in India. Amazon, an e-commerce platform released a teaser on its website indicating the laptop will be available from July 31. However, it is expected to be an updated version of the JioBook which was released last year in October.
In addition, the last year released JioBook was only available at Reliance Digital retail locations. Recently, Amazon is a post state that the “all-new JioBook” will launch by the end of this month and that it has disclosed some of the device’s main features.
JioBook Laptop Features
The laptop is designed in compact form and is blue in color. Further, the Amazon post claims the laptop is “designed for all ages productivity, entertainment, and play.”
Furthermore, for connectivity, the device supports 4G. Moreover, the device has an octa-core processor which can handle streaming of high-definition videos, multitasking between applications, various software, and more.
As per the post, the device is lightweight and measures about 990 grams. In addition, it can deliver a full-day battery to users, as claimed by Amazon.
Specifications of the Laptop
The laptop has broad bezels and 2-megapixel camera in front for video calling. Further, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC, which is backed by Adreno 610 GPU.
Furthermore, for storage, it has 2GB of RAM, which means multi-tasking won’t be smooth on this. However, the device’s storage can be expanded by up to 128GB with 32GB eMMC storage.
Apart from this, the Jio laptop runs on JioOS, which the company claims is well optimized for smooth performance.
Besides, the device even has a JioStore, which allows people to install any third-party app on the laptop. As far as productivity is concern, the company offers 5,000mAh battery which can deliver up to 8 hours of battery life on a single charge.
There is also passive cooling support for heat emission. Connectivity options include a 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.0, HDMI mini, Wi-Fi, and more.
